1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "wdtoto" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at wdtoto.ws, operated under an international gaming licence.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms issued by wdtoto from time to time.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the wdtoto platform.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who has registered or seeks to register an Account on wdtoto, subject to the eligibility criteria set out herein.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the wdtoto platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wdtoto platform and, if you have registered an Account, contact wdtoto support to request account closure.

wdtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the wdtoto platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain a wdtoto account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. 3.1 You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. wdtoto enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all account types and Services. This is a hard eligibility requirement and is not subject to waiver under any circumstance.
2. 3.2 You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal structures may not register accounts on the wdtoto platform.
3. 3.3 You must not be self-excluded from the wdtoto platform or any other gaming platform under a mutual exclusion arrangement.
4. 3.4 You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or as an agent, proxy, or nominee of any third party.
5. 3.5 You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or family member of an employee or director of wdtoto or any associated entity where such relationship may create a conflict of interest in relation to use of the Services.
6. 3.6 You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

4. Account Registration & Security

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the wdtoto platform. Registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

1. 4.1 During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid password for wdtoto login purposes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
2. 4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wdtoto login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3. 4.3 You agree to notify wdtoto support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your wdtoto account. wdtoto will not be liable for losses incurred through unauthorised access arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
4. 4.4 wdtoto reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, and at any point where wdtoto has reasonable grounds to verify a Player's identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
5. 4.5 Account registration and the wdtoto login function are made available via the platform's website. wdtoto does not authorise any third-party application or service to facilitate account creation or authentication on its behalf.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the wdtoto platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wdtoto does not impose currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. The following payment methods are accepted:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals; typically processed within minutes for verified accounts.
• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals; real-time processing available during standard operating windows.
• HBL Bank Transfer — processed during standard Pakistan banking hours; 15–60 minutes typical processing time.

1. 5.1 Deposit Responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your wdtoto account originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted and will be flagged for review.
2. 5.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. wdtoto reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of withdrawal amount.
3. 5.3 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are defined in the wdtoto platform's payment section and may be updated periodically. Players are responsible for reviewing current limits prior to requesting withdrawals.
4. 5.4 No Withdrawal of Unconverted Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only real-money winnings generated through satisfied wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds prior to fulfilment of applicable wagering conditions will result in forfeiture of those funds.

6. Betting Rules & Casino Games

All betting and gaming activity on the wdtoto platform is subject to the specific product rules applicable to each market, game, or event. The following general rules apply across all wdtoto Services:

1. 6.1 Bet Acceptance. wdtoto reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed published maximum stake limits or that wdtoto has reasonable grounds to believe are placed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.
2. 6.2 Cricket Betting. Cricket markets — including PSL, international T20s, Test matches, and ICC tournaments — are subject to wdtoto's cricket betting rules. In-play markets may be suspended at any time due to match interruptions or data feed issues. Settled bets will not be reversed on the basis of post-match score revisions unless wdtoto identifies a manifest error.
3. 6.3 Live Casino. wdtoto's live casino tables — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Andar Bahar — operate under the rules of the relevant game as displayed at the table. wdtoto's live casino studios are operated by certified third-party providers under their own licensing obligations.
4. 6.4 Slot Games. Slot games — including Midas Fortune and Treasures of Aztec — operate on certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within individual game information panels. Slot outcomes are determined at the moment of spin completion and are not influenced by prior session activity.
5. 6.5 Manifest Errors. Where a bet is accepted or a game outcome is determined as a result of a manifest error in pricing, game software, or data feed, wdtoto reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore the relevant stake to the Player's account balance. This right applies regardless of whether the error was made by wdtoto or a third-party content provider.
6. 6.6 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Stake limits are set per product and may vary by market, game, or Player tier. Current limits are visible within each game or betting market prior to placement. wdtoto may apply individual stake restrictions to accounts at its discretion where warranted by risk or compliance considerations.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

wdtoto offers a range of promotional incentives to registered account holders, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket-specific boosted odds during major tournaments. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions attached to individual promotions:

1. 7.1 Bonus offers are available to eligible Players who have a fully registered and verified wdtoto account. New account bonus offers apply to the first qualifying deposit only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
2. 7.2 All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period — failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.

5. 7.5 Only one promotional offer may be active on a wdtoto account at any given time, unless the specific promotional terms for each offer explicitly permit stacking.

8. Responsible Gaming

wdtoto is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its Services and player base. As part of its licensing obligations and its own standards of conduct, wdtoto provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits via the wdtoto account settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based reminders that alert them to the duration of their active wdtoto login session.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wdtoto platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority:

• Registration of multiple wdtoto accounts, whether under the same or different personal information.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate the wdtoto platform in any way.
• Collusion with other Players, including but not limited to chip dumping in live casino games or coordinated betting activity designed to guarantee profit.
• Exploitation of software errors, pricing mistakes, or technical vulnerabilities — including where such exploitation results in financial gain, whether or not intentional.
• Arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, as determined by wdtoto at its sole discretion.
• Use of the wdtoto platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that constitutes an offence under applicable law.
• Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your age, location, or personal details during the wdtoto registration or KYC process.
• Accessing the wdtoto platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the wdtoto platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface design, odds data, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wdtoto or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any wdtoto intellectual property.

1. 10.1 You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any wdtoto content without prior written authorisation from wdtoto.
2. 10.2 The wdtoto brand name, logo, and associated trade marks are registered or unregistered trade marks of wdtoto. Unauthorised use of wdtoto trade marks in connection with any product, service, or website is strictly prohibited.
3. 10.3 Game content — including Midas Fortune and Treasures of Aztec — is owned by or licensed from third-party game studios. These titles are made available to wdtoto account holders under licence and are subject to the intellectual property protections of the respective rights holders.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

wdtoto collects, processes, and stores personal data relating to Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering a wdtoto account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference.

wdtoto collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and where applicable, promotional communications. wdtoto does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law and licensing obligations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wdtoto and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the wdtoto platform or Services.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors beyond wdtoto's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, or third-party data feed disruptions.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your wdtoto login credentials.
• Losses resulting from bets or wagers placed in error by the Player, including accidental bets placed on incorrect selections or markets.
• The conduct, content, or availability of third-party services linked to or integrated with the wdtoto platform, including live casino studios and slot game providers.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, wdtoto's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall be limited to the net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Termination & Suspension

wdtoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Regulatory or licensing requirements that necessitate the restriction of certain account types or jurisdictions.
• A Player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account termination for cause, wdtoto may forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds present in the account. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with wdtoto's standard procedures and the findings of any associated investigation. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting wdtoto support via live chat.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which wdtoto holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wdtoto platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the dispute to the wdtoto licensing authority's independent dispute resolution body. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
